Tim is an experienced business leader in Finance, Operations, IT and Treasury.
He has delivered strategic business growth and change in startups and multinationals across APAC, EMEA and USA.
Tim enables successful business transformations by developing strong teams and setting up robust, efficient processes. This includes system implementations, product developments and business growth to achieve investor milestones.
Tim has set up and run large operational business functions in a range of client industries.
Most recently, he has developed startup businesses in FinTech and FoodTech, in addition to expanding the EMEA business for a global SaaS treasury platform.
Tim has also held roles in management, Boards and Governance Committees.

Yanlo has over 15 years of experience delivering projects in Technology, Operations and Finance. Since qualifying as a Chartered Accountant, she has been focussed on business improvements and systems implementations for multinational clients, from startups to large organisations.
Yanlo has led global teams to implement large scale transformation projects to optimise operations in challenging environments in Australia, Europe and Africa.
She has designed and delivered solutions which support performance improvements in diverse industries including: SaaS, FMCG, retail ready food production, telecommunications, infrastructure, and supply chain operations.
Yanlo takes a hands-on approach to deliver cost-effective practical solutions which achieve tangible return on investment.
